Rental terms in plain English. A 25% deposit holds the date and the balance is due 7 days before delivery. Cancel more than 14 days out for a full deposit refund; inside 14 days the deposit becomes a 12-month credit. Items are rented for one event day with setup the day before and pickup the day after as scheduled. Normal use is expected; damage beyond normal use and missing items are billed at replacement cost. We may reschedule or credit a tented event under a National Weather Service high-wind or severe-storm warning. Full terms are included with every confirmation.
