Delivery and pickup windows
We deliver the day before or the morning of your event and pick up the next day. You get a two-hour window by text the day before. Summer setups start at sunrise so the crew is gone before the heat. Same-day pickup for venues that require it is available for a fee.
Deposits, payment and cancellation
- A 25% deposit holds your date. The balance is charged 7 days before delivery.
- Cancel more than 14 days out for a full refund of the deposit. Inside 14 days the deposit is kept as a credit toward a future date within 12 months.
- Weather: tents are rated for normal Phoenix wind. If the National Weather Service issues a high-wind or severe-storm warning for your delivery day, we will call and work out a move, a swap or a credit.
Site requirements
- Frame tents need a flat area the size of the tent plus 3 feet on each side. They can be staked in turf or weighted on pavers and concrete.
- Tell us about gates narrower than 36 inches, stairs, long carries from the truck, or HOA and venue rules. It changes how we load the truck, not the price.
- Evaporative coolers and misting fans need a standard hose bib and a 110V outlet within 50 feet.
Damage, cleaning and counts
- Normal use is expected. Spilled drinks, food, dust and confetti are fine. Burns, tears, paint and missing items are billed at replacement cost.
- Linens come pressed and bagged. Return them shaken out and in the bag, not washed.
- Change your counts up to 7 days before the event. We re-price and send a new confirmation.
Frequently asked questions
Is delivery included?
Yes inside our standard zone around Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert and Mesa. Outside it, delivery is quoted by zip code before you pay. Setup and pickup are always included.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Most backyard orders book one to three weeks out. Weddings and tented events, four to eight weeks. Saturdays from October to April fill first.
What do I pay today?

Can I change my counts?
Yes, up to seven days before the event. Add chairs, drop a table, swap linen colors. We re-price the order and send a new confirmation.
What about wind, heat and monsoon?
Frame tents are staked or weighted for Phoenix wind. Add sidewalls July through September. We schedule summer setups early morning and bring misting fans or evaporative coolers for tents.
Do you set up at parks and venues?
Yes. We are insured for City of Phoenix and most Valley city parks and can send a certificate of insurance to your venue.
